Vroeger liet zowat ieder bedrijf op regelmatige basis jubileumspelden maken.  Deze werden dan aan het personeel of klanten geschonken.   Nu kom je ze zelden nog tegen of het is op een rommelmarkt of bij een verzamelaar.

Museumschip Tordino beschikt over een beperkte collectie spelden. De collectie bevat ook spelden die zowel over de binnenvaart als de scheepvaart en Marine gerelateerd zijn.
